It's hard to justify leaving your desk these days and harder still to get permission to spend a travel budget so I think it's really essential that brands and retailers do something that couldn't just be done via email or Zoom, whether that's one-on-one time with an expert, something we can use for social media content, or hands-on opportunities to try out and test products.
