Black Friday is approaching and with Lockdown 2.0 in full swing, it will be interesting to see how retailer’s adapt their offers in response to the conditions. - Most journalists start building content around mid-November, when content is released by brands
- It’s not just tech deals journalists are looking for, other popular deals requested are for beauty, fashion, home, health & fitness
- It’s all digital - even long lead publications will have their digital teams working on the Black Friday deals, deadlines come in earlier, around the start of November, so if it’s not under embargo, it’s worth pushing out to these publications sooner.
