Inside Our Back to School Event with M&S, Superdry and more!

With the kids just finishing school for the long awaited summer holidays, we already have Back to School on our minds! Our annual Back to School Power Pitching Event took place on the 30th of June and proud sponsors of the event, Marks & Spencer showcased some of their hottest back to school products in their own virtual breakout room. 

Here are all 7 of the leading brands who were in attendance:

Each brand pitched their offerings in virtual breakout rooms to 30 of our fabulous media friends, from the likes of ITV This Morning, Evening Standard, Metro, HELLO!, OK! and The Telegraph. Journalists loved the great range of products on show, with IndyBest and ES Best saying they would consider featuring all the products pitched at the event. 

Baked by Steph partnered with us on this event, sending our media friends in attendance a delicious box of beautifully decorated, school themed cookies. The goodies received an amazing response from the journalists, with 17 posting about them on their Instagram, totalling a combined reach of over 104k. There were also rave reviews left by some of our brilliant contacts, including this testimonial by Hannah James from Bauer:

The event was a great success and the atmosphere was electric and enthusiastic. We loved the song requests we received from the journalists and PRs during the short breaks, including ‘School’s Out’ by Alice Cooper, a bit of Spice Girls and some Take That. They definitely brightened up our Thursday morning!
